The casting method of bottle design can be classified as mould casting, mould pressing and mould firing. In fact mould casting is a very simple method, glass solution is directly injected into mould for mold formation. Mould pressing requires pressurizing into form using mould at the time when the glass solution cools to plasticity. Mould firing is comparatively more complex, it requires using high-temperature resistant material as internal and external mould; glass fragments or slice cuts of glass sticks are filled between the internal and external mould then become melted and brim filled once heated under high temperature, the mould needs to be taken out after cooling, and the bottle is ready after the final process of polishing.
